Anxiety

   I am constantly feeling anxious and I imagine that almost all the LINC students too. I have had many moments with butterflies in my stomach, such as before the New York Marathon, a job interview, a big meeting or a volleyball game. However, taking a test especially the Placement test is the most difficult challenge because I want to pass in this test more than anything now. I desire to learn English, to graduate and to be a successful professional. Therefore, I study, I try to take Yoga or Pilates classes, I exercised regularly, I play volleyball and I work. All those help me to preper to the Placement test and to control my anxiety.

  1. Controlling anxiety is really important. A certain level of nervousness helps us to do well, but too much can interfere with our performance. Keep doing the yoga this week! You'll be fine!
